The Sweet Life of ME!

...well...as of today anyway

So I have been up here in Iceland for a little over three months now and I have to say that so much has happened and I have had a LOT of fun. First off, I wish I could tell ya what I do everyday...but I really cant at this time....WHICH IS SWEET! I mean who else do you know that cant honestly tell you what they do at work?
Anywho, so even though work is crazy lately and I stand 24 hour watches every three days...I still manage to be an elementary school tutor, which is soo cool. I get to be a teacher for about an hour or so on fridays and I want to do more! So yeah...
AND I also manage to go to college as well on base. I had three classes, one just ended yesturday, and the other two end this coming week and I have to say...even though I hate school...the general consensus when I tell people I go to school is a smile and some even say Good JOB for starting so early. In all of my classes...im the youngest by at least 3 or 4 years...then again...I think I am the youngest enlisted dude on this base.
So you might say...alright...thats pretty intense....BUT I also just bought a Jeep Wrangler a month ago and I LOVE IT. I love driving and driving a Jeep is probably one of the most fun vehicles to drive...especially 4-wheeling up the side of a hill! So yeah i own a pretty sweet Jeep...
Now...last but not least...I have a girlfriend as well. Her name is Mia and she is an Icelandic woman who lives out in the town of Keflavik. She is 23, and she is quite amazing to me. I have been with her almost two months and hope that we are together for as long as I am in Iceland and possibly beyond!
so yeah....life is pretty awesome right now...

alright.....
so my time here in glakes is pretty much finished and I have to say that its been a hell of a ride. i mean i've gotten to walk around chicago all night....at least twice, i've been to a night club which ended quite nicely, I've made out in a field in front of the Captains office, I have made some pretty unique friends, and I am about to go to Iceland. I cant wait to come home....hopefully I will enjoy it and not want to leave early...
